Our First Impression of BoyleSports

The first thing that struck us about the BoyleSports website was its layout, which was uncluttered, and enhanced by the abundance of white used in the colour scheme. Important areas such as the website headers, the cash out and sports drop-down menu were highlighted in royal blue and your bet slip is easily found with a red heading. Terms and Conditions

Accessing the BoyleSports Mobile App

BoyleSports’ Twitter page seems very well-manned, with news features added alongside various BoyleSports current promotions. Payment methods

The first thing to note is that in the course of our bookmaker reviews, we check online to see what other customers have said about the bookie in question. In the case of BoyleSports, their customer service team has a considerable amount of negative comments about them. Does BoyleSport Have a VIP Section?

While BoyleSports does run a VIP scheme, this is aimed solely at casino and poker players. While there are very few details given about their VIP scheme, players can expect to have awards of up to £1,000 depending on their loyalty level. We were torn when writing this part of our BoyleSports review. One one hand, the bookmaker is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39469, which offers a level of security to UK players and is considered a welcome and reassuring presence on any bookmakers’ website. On the other hand, however, we’ve seen quite a few customer complaints citing unfair business practices and suggestions that players’ accounts are restricted if they come out with a profit. Other customer feedback conflicts with these suggestions, stating they enjoy the website and cite no issues.

What we do know, is that BoyleSports is one of the leading bookmakers in Ireland. They are the second largest bookmaker in the country with a wealth of high street shops and a telephone betting service. It is also worth noting that many of the complaints were from over a year ago, so it may suggest that if there were issues with the website, they may have now been resolved.
