In their final game of group D, the Czech Republic face off against England at Wembley Stadium. With both teams currently on 4 points each, a draw will be enough to see both sides go through into the knockout rounds. But to finish top, England will need to win.

In our Euro 2020 predictions today, we’re going to be providing you with our best betting tips on who we think is going to come out on top in this crunch match for first place in group D. Our betting experts have analysed the stats we’re ready to provide you with our Euro 2020 tips predictions!
Czech Republic are looking to stay in first place
The Czech Republic have had a good tournament so far. They beat Scotland 2-0 in their first game, thanks in part to a fantastic goal from Patrik Schik which saw him lob Scottish keeper David Marshall from close to the halfway line.
Their second match against Croatia ended in a 1-all draw, leaving them top of group D and only needing one point to 100% qualify for the knockout stages.
Bayer Leverkusen striker Patrik Schik has all 3 Czech goals in the tournament so far, and will be hoping to add to his tally at Wembley on Tuesday night.
England haven’t looked their best so far
Despite going into the tournament as one of the favourites, England haven’t looked like a championship winning side at all. Odd line-ups and tactical decisions have left the English looking flat and far from the side that was tipped to go all the way.
A lacklustre 1-0 win against Croatia in their first game was followed by a disappointing 0-0 draw against Scotland last Friday. Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling, and Phil Foden have all been far from their best, and Southgates decisions to leave Grealish and Sancho on the bench has left many scratching their heads.
A draw will be enough to qualify, but England will want to end the group stages on a high.
The Czech Republic first faced England in 1998 in an international friendly that they lost 2-0. They have played each other a further 3 times since then.
The last time the teams met was in 2019 during qualifying for this summer’s tournament. Despite Harry Kane putting England ahead in the 5th minute, the Czechs clawed their way back and won the game 2-1. This victory was an act of revenge for the Czechs following their 5-0 thrashing at the hands of England 7 months prior.
Harry Kane has 2 goals in his last 2 games against the Czech Republic, whilst Raheem Sterling has 3.

Despite not being at their best, England are still undefeated in 2021, having avoided defeat in their last 7 matches. They’ve only conceded once too.
The Czech Republic have only beaten England once, back in 2019 during qualifying. England will be encouraged by their past exploits against the Czech’s.

Our Betting Tip for Today
Having analysed the stats, our Euro 2020 predictions today is that despite being generally disappointing so far, England will come away from this match victorious and finish top of group D.
England to beat the Czechs at Wembley
Whilst a draw will be enough to see them comfortably through into the next round of the competition, England will be wanting to win this game and top the group. Following a lacklustre performance and draw against Scotland on Friday, we believe England will want to take their frustration out on the Czech’s on Tuesday night. Playing in front of their home fans at Wembley will undoubtedly be a boost for the team too, and that’s why we’re predicting that they’ll come out on top.
Though the Czech’s haven’t always given England an easy game in the past, if Kane and Foden find their form, and if Southgate doesn’t leave Sancho and Grealish on the bench, we don’t think they’ll be able to keep England at bay. Schik has 3 goals so far, but England are yet to concede in the Euros, and have only conceded once in 2021.
SBK have England to win at 5/8.
