For our Premier League Predictions today, we’re focussing on the weekend’s bottom half clash between Crystal Palace and West Brom. This is a must win for the baggies, so read on to find our Premier League tips & predictions for this one.
As many Premier League predicitions experts tipped, the return to the top flight has been tough for West Brom under Slavan Bilic. However, the Baggies finalled got their first win last weekend, beating bottom place Sheffield United 1-0. Unfortunately, the win wasn’t enough to Pull West Brom out of the relegation zone, as they sit in 18th place, with just 6 points. The Baggies have shown themselves to have potential with some performances, however draw and narrow losses have marked their season thus far. With a 9 point gap having alread opened up between mid table and the bottom 3, the relegation fight will likely last the season.
Palace Plataeu After Strong Start
After a decent start to the season, which saw them beat Manchester United Away on the opening day and humble Leeds United with a 4-1 win, Palace’s performances have slumped since the international break. Since club football resumed, The Eagles have handed struggling Burnley their first win of the season and we’re last weekend beaten at home by a Newcastle side that has been heavily criticised in recent weeks. Part of the reason for the recent slump has been the absence of starman Wilfred Zaha, on whom they appear to be overly reliant.
This Sunday will be the first time these sides have come up against each other since 2018, with West Brom having spent two seasons in the Championship. Crystal Palace have won their last 2 games against West Brom, with the meeting prior to that ending in a goalless draw. The Last time the Baggies recorded a win against The Eagles was back in 2016. Due to these past results and recent form, our Premier League predictions don’t look great for West Brom this weekend. That being said, they are playing Crystal Palace at the right moment.

Our Betting Tip for Today
Having alaysed the above information and considering recent form, our Premier League predictions today are calling a stalemate at the Hawthornes this weekend.
Had this fixture come at the other side of the last international break, we’d have predicted a Crystal Palace win without a doubt. However, The Eagles seem to have taken a dip, meanwhile West Brom will feel buoyant following their first win of the season, even if it was against the current worst team in the league. Palace also look to be playing this game without Wilfred Zaha once again. All in all though, these are both teams that set out not to get beaten, rather than two win – and we see them both being successful at that on Sunday, perhaps too much. Thrilling entertainment certainly won’t be on the cards – and neither will many goals. We’re tipping a draw with Bet365 at odds of 3.25, most likely a 1-1 or a 0-0, truth be told.
