For our Premier League predictions today, we’re focussing on the unlikely top four clash at the Etihad, where cruising Manchester City host surprise package West Ham. As always, our dedicated team of experts are on hand to deliver the very best Premier League tips, betting info and predictions for this fixture.
The City Juggernaut Rolls On
Manchester City beat German side Mönchengladbach in Budapest midweek to make it 19 wins in a row in all competitions, and 26 games undefeated. There was a time when premier League predictions looked near-impossible this season, however Pep Guardiola’s side are now in cruise control with a 10 point gap at the top. Defensively, City are solid – in their entire unbeaten 26 game run, they haven’t conceded more than a single goal in a game. The Portuguese duo Joao Cancelo and and Ruben Dias have been pivotal, as has the resurgence of John Stones, the once forgotten man.
West Ham Are Smashing it Under Moyes
West Ham under david Moyes have been the big surprise package of the season, who have defied most Premier League predictions. They sneaked into the top four last weekend after defeating Jose’s faltering Spurs side. Recruitment has played a key part in the Irons’ success, with the acquisition of Souček from the Czech league looking like a master stroke. Additionally, Jesse Lingard’s arrival in January looks to be the signing of midpoint season. Unless you count last weekend’s defeat of out of form Spurs, or win over Leicester earlier in the season, the Hammers have yet to take a ‘big scalp’.
In the reverse fixture at the London Stadium back in October, West ham managed to hold City to a 1-1 draw, which was an impressive result. However, that was before City sorted their defense out and went on a 26 game unbeaten run and 19 game winning streak. The draw was West Ham’s best result against City for five years, when they managed a home draw at Upton Park in January 2016. Their last win against City was at the Etihad that same season, in September 2015. Sadly for Moyes, the City winning run looks set to continue.

Our Betting Tip for Today
Having analysed the above information our Premier League predictions today unsurprisingly point to a Manchester City win on Saturday.
City to Make it 20 Wins in a Row
Unfortunately for Manchester United and Leicester fans, we don’t see City dropping any points this Saturday, and the win run will most definitely extend to 20. West Ham are currently in the top four on merrit, however they are also 14 points below their hosts on merit as well. West Ham have been very consistent this season, however they haven’t really pulled off a real ‘shock’ result – Spurs current form is a bad enough that last weekend’s win was expected. Even with De Bruyne having injuries and not quite hitting his usual heights, and Aguero still being out, City have so many players who can do a job in all areas of the park. It’s not out of the question the could conceded one goal to a side of West Ham’s quality, but a clean sheet could just as easily happen. Therefore our tip for today is 3 goals exact at odds of 4 with Bet365.
