For our Premier League predictions today, we’re heading to North London, where Arsenal and Liverpool meeting with surprisingly little distance between them in the table. Our Premier League tips, predictions and betting info follows on below – so read on to find out!
Arsenal Look to make Ground on Liverpool
Arsenal’s last match before the break saw them stage a thrilling comeback against West Ham after finding themselves three goals down inside the first half hour of the game. Sako withdrew from the England squad through a hamstring injury in a bid to get himself fit for this clash, but remains a doubt. Odegaard has shrugged off injury worries, but will play for Norway on Thursday night, which could result in tired legs come Saturday. Overall though, our Premier League predictions are looking brighter for Arsenal than they once did.
Liverpool Look to Bounce Back
Liverpool will be looking over their shoulder for this one, as Arsenal are just four points behind them having played the same amount of games. There is good news for Klopp though, as Roberto Firimino is fit and should return to the fold, meaning the classic front three are all fit, as well as Diogo Jota. The same old injury woes are still there at the back though, meaning Liverpool can never be a dead cert when it comes to Premier League predictions. The Reds will be happy to return with an away fixture though, as they still haven’t won at home since January.
There’s quite an interesting head to head stat for this fixture. Three of the last five meetings have been cup games, with all three ending in draws and going to penalties. In the two of three games Arteta was in charge for, Arsenal won the shootout – in the EFL Cup back in October and in the Community Shield at the start of the season. The reverse fixture in the league was back in September, which in the end was a comfortable win for the Reds. Arteta got one over on Klopp at the Emirates last season though.

Our Betting Tip for Today
Having analysed the above information, our Premier League predictions today suggest and away win on Saturday.
Liverpool to Bounce Back
If there’s a team that perhaps needed this international break more than most, then it’s Liverpool – as Klopp can view this as a fresh start for the last leg of the season. Both of these sides have seen horrible runs of form this season, though Arsenal have been more spirited in their performances of late. Still, if they start like they did against West Ham before the break, the Reds won’t afford them the same kind of comeback. The away tie favours Liverpool, who have won their last four games on the road with a clean sheet (that’s counting their ‘home tie’ in Budapest in the Champions League). With Tierney dominating the left flank better than his international teammate Robertson during the break, Arsenal will pose a threat. Our tip is a Liverpool win with both team to score at odds of 4 with Bet365.
