Usability, Look & Feel - Is ThriveFantasy USA user-friendly?
Something that all daily fantasy sports gambling sites should be, is easy to use, and ThriveFantasy is no different. No one wants to be using a gambling website that is slow, cumbersome, and prone to crashing. Where’s the fun in that?
When we first went on the ThriveFantasy USA website, we’re not going to lie, we weren’t exactly blown away. It’s definitely not the most visually striking website in the world. It didn’t jump out of the screen and grab our attention. With its color scheme of different shades of dark blue.
But, as we used the website more, we came to appreciate its simplicity and the fact that it didn’t have things popping out on the screen constantly.
We’re very happy to say that the ThriveFantasy website is super easy to use and navigate, and won’t take you long at all to get the hang of. Everything you’ll ever need to find and navigate to can be found along the top of the website, or down the left-hand side of the screen.
Information on licensing and payment methods can be found at the bottom of the homepage too, which we think is a great touch, and will undoubtedly fill even the most nervous bettor with some more confidence that the site they’re using is a legitimate one.
If you’re after a user-friendly draft fantasy sports site, then ThriveFantasy has to be up there with the best.

Payments - What can I make deposits and withdrawals with?
There’s a simple rule when it comes to payment methods and gambling operators. The more payment methods that are accepted by the operator, the better. Why is this? Because having more payment methods for you to choose from will give you far, far more flexibility when it comes to making deposits and withdrawals to and from your account.
There are three payment options for you to choose from at ThriveFantasy, which might sound disappointing given what we’ve just said, but they do offer you some much-needed flexibility when it comes to making deposits and withdrawals.
To make deposits into your ThriveFantasy USA account, you can use either PayPal, credit cards, or e-checks. There is a $1,000 maximum deposit allowance, however we couldn’t find mention of a minimum. Usually, the minimum is around $10, though this may not be the case for ThriveFantasy USA.
You can make withdrawals from the site via e-check, PayPal, and Prizeout. There is a $20 minimum withdrawal limit, and you must provide a mailing address and social security digits to complete the withdrawal. We couldn’t find mention of a maximum withdrawal limit though, so it may be worth getting in contact with the customer support services to find out more.
Customer Service - How to sort any issues you have
Similarly to the payment methods, the more ways you can contact a gambling operator’s customer support services, the better.
However, unfortunately in ThriveFantasy’s case, this isn’t exactly the case. There are only two main ways to contact the operator’s customer support services, and they’re not great.
Option one is to email the operator with your issue. This might sound ok on paper, but remember how long you can sometimes be waiting to hear back from someone via email? You may be waiting a while for someone from the customer support team to get back to you via email, which is going to be a big issue if you’ve got a problem that needs sorting ASAP.
The only other way this ThriveFantasy review could find of getting in contact with the operator’s customer support services is via the operator’s social media accounts. ThriveFantasy has a Facebook page, a Twitter account, and an Instagram account.
If you thought that getting in contact with them via email was bad, then social media is going to be so much worse. It’s a shame that this is the case as otherwise, ThriveFantasy is a pretty great operator!
However, on the bright side, at least there is some sort of customer support service available. At least you know that you will have your issues sorted, just maybe at the not lightspeed they would be sorted by some of the bigger operators out there, like bet365 for example. Rewards & Loyalty Program - Is there anything in place for existing customers?
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find mention of any reward or loyalty program available at ThriveFantasy, which is a shame.
Other than the bonus we mentioned earlier, there doesn’t seem to be anything in place for existing customers, which is a bit of a risk on ThriveFantasy’s part. Why? Well, having a reward or loyalty program in place not only shows you that the operator values its customers, but it also gives customers an added incentive for sticking around.
We’re not saying that ThriveFantasy doesn’t value their customers, because that couldn’t be further from the truth. What we are saying is that having a loyalty program in place shows the customer that they’re eventually going to get rewarded for gambling with an operator and remaining loyal to them!
Some of the biggest operators in the world, such as MGM sportsbook, where you can take part in some MGM sports betting, will have a loyalty programme in place for customers – because they know that if they do, customers will want to stick around!
