We found that SportNation operates an excellent customer service team. You can either get in touch with one of the customer service agents either via live chat or email. The live chat option is perhaps fastest as you can expect to get a response in less than a minute. Email queries will normally get answered within 48 hours. There is no telephone customer support at SportNation, but you can contact the brand via its social media channels on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or even on WhatsApp.

However, we should note the fact that the SportNation customer support office hours are only open between 10am and 10pm Central European Time – not ideal for most Canadian betting fans. Thankfully SportNation has put together a pretty good FAQ section. This is packed full of answers to lots of questions that you might actually want to ask. Definitely better than some of the sports betting FAQs that we’ve come across.
