Unfortunately, at the time of writing, there is no phone contact number for 21.com, another setback for us in this 21.com Review Canada.
The phone line isn’t sorely missed if we’re honest though, as the live chat works efficiently for getting quick and useful answers to small enquiries. When testing the live chat, we were literally responded to within minutes regarding all of the information we needed. Live chat is constantly available in the bottom right-hand corner of both the desktop and mobile website and is available 24/7 – another massive plus for a European based casino available in Canada.
As an added bonus, you don’t have to be an existing 21.com account holder to use their 24/7 live chat; you can contact them by visiting the website as long as you input your email address. This is good as it means you can get all of the information you need before deciding whether or not to sign up.
